Support Policy Overview
King newton offers technical support for every product we sell when it is used as intended. Primary support is provided by the product manual, through supplemental information available on the King newton web site (www.king-newton.com) and our video center. Our focus is creating technical content that is short, concise and purposeful on these Web locations.
If you have additional questions that are not answered by these documents, or if the documents are not clear to you, then we are happy to answer your questions through email or telephone. Our support is subject to our standard terms and conditions.
When questions shift from specific products to the general technology, we may direct you to discussion groups, Web sites, and other sources of information that are probably better at answering those questions. For example, if you want to know how to change suction port direction of a vane pump, we are happy to tell you how, but if you want to know which brand of hydraulic oil we recommend, then we suggest you find other places for your answers.
Intended Use
Each King Newton product has an Intended Use recommendation. Applications or modifications to a King Newton product outside of the Intended Use are not supported by the King Newton technical staff. There are no limits to the applications that King Newton products can be used or to the modifications that can be applied to them. All warranties for King Newton products are voided through modification to the product or use outside of the Intended Use. Individuals or companies involved with modifying or applying the products assume all consequent liability.
