一、Inquiry of goods

1. When the purchase quantity reaches the lowest limitation of the special price: Each item is set to purchase a certain quantity,  we will provide a quotation with special offer. As to the shipping conditions of the quotation (need to be shipped in one shipment or can be shipped in partial, shipping date, etc.), we will contact you for further discussion.

2. The product specifications or configuration you need are not sold in the online shop: If you need other product specifications or configurations, please fill in your requirements in the inquiry form, and we will reply as soon as possible.

3. You have special requirements amoung the items sold in the onlie shop: For example, if you need additional spare parts or change the direction of the hydraulic pump, please fill in your customized requirements in the inquiry form, and we will reply as soon as possible.

二、Inquiry of fees

In the procurement process, inquiries regarding freight, tariffs, and insurance:

    If your delivery location is in Taiwan, after you have purchased the goods, the system will guide you to the shipping inquiry, and the we will provide you with a shipping quotation based on your purchase content. If your delivery location is overseas, after you have purchased the goods, the system will guide you to inquiries on freight, tariffs, and insurance (you can freely choose whether to take transportation insurance), and we will provide the corresponding quotation for the selected shipping method, shipping location and insured amount. These quotations are direct from the service providers, King Newton will not make profits from them.
