Where is your headquarters?

     Our headquarters is in Taiwan, also known as the Republic of China.

What are your business hours?

     Business hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm (UTC+8). National holidays are implemented in accordance with the announcement of the Ministry of the Interior.

Is King Newton a manufacturer or an agent?

     Both. We have our self-made brand "intermoda", and we also represent well-known brands from all over the world.

Do you have overseas agents, distributors or branches?

     At present, the headquarters and manufacturing plant are located in Taiwan, and all domestic and international sales are handling here. At the same time, we welcome professionals from all over the world to become our agents or distributors. We will provide complete training to our partners, and once they have been certified, they will have all necessary skills to take care of our customers.

Can we use our own freight forwarder to arrange shipment?

     No problem, please select "Other methods" in the clicking box of choosing shipping method when placing an order, and indicate your freight forwarder information, including your international account number, shipping service details and required insurance coverage .

Which countries do you ship o?

     We cooperate with international logistics provider DHL for global shipments. If it is a very special or remote area, please write to us and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

Do your products provide warranty?

     Yes, all products are sold with a one-year warranty, starting from the date of shipment. For the relevant provisions of the warranty, please refer to the warranty clause. If there is a need for a longer warranty period, we also provide a paid extended warranty.

Can you provide product test reports, certificates or test data?

     According to different product types, and different countries and regions, the applicable certification and standards will be different, please contact us for further informaton.

Do you offer monthly settlement?

     For local customers in Taiwan who have established transaction records, and after the credit evaluation is intact, we will consider providing the customer with 30 days of monthly settlement flexibility. We reserve the right to refuse those requests without giving any reasons.
