A. Delivery method

     There are several options for shipping international orders:

     Please note: International orders will require longer delivery time due to the need to prepare additional documents, possible transit time and customs clearance procedures.

 

1. DHL Express (Air Express):

     DHL Express is the fastest and most convenient way of shipping. After you purchase, the system will calculate the shipping cost based on the content of your order, weight or volume, and help you evaluate the overall cost of the order.

     After confirming the freight and other import-related expenses, the system will automatically generate the air waybill, invoice and packing list, and you do not need to prepare customs declaration documents yourself.

     You can log-in member center at any time to check the progress of your shipment with the tracking number.

     If you are considering purchasing on your personal behalf, it is recommended that you use DHL Express as the shipping method. This shipping method does not require buyer to be qualified as importers.

2. DHL Global Forwarding (air, sea and various inland transportation):

     DHL Global Forwarding provides competitive prices. After you purchase, our customer service staff will request for the freight and other import-related expenses according to the content of your order, and then provide you with the quotation. If you are a company that is qualified as an importer, it is recommended that you use DHL Global Forwarding as a shipping method, which is more economical.

3. Other

     You can choose a freight forwarder you are familiar with, on premise that the freight forwarder has a service base in Taiwan. And please provide your customer number and agent contact information, our customer service staff will arrange shipments according to your needs; freight and other related import costs will be charged to you by your forwarding agent.

 

     There are several options for shipping domestic orders (Taiwan):

1. Self-collection

     Self-collection must be in accordance with our business hours, and the collection should be based on the time agreed by both parties.

2. Kerry TJ Logistics:

     Kerry TJ Logistics covers almost the entire Taiwan. If the delivery location is an remote area, there may be intermodal transport involved. After you have purchased, our customer service staff will request for the freight according to the content of your order, and then provide you with the quotation.

3. HCT Logistics:

     HCT Logistics covers almost the entire Taiwan. If the delivery location is an remote area, there may be intermodal transport involved. After you have purchased, our customer service staff will request for the freight according to the content of your order, and then provide you with the quotation.

4. Other

     You can choose the freight forwarder you are familiar with, and our customer service staff will arrange the shipment according to your needs; the freight will be charged to you by your forwarding agent.

 

 

B. We need to know the following information:

     1. The delivery location is commercial or residential.

     2. Do you need liftgate delivery? If you don't have a forklift or loading dock, you will need a lift-gate truck to transport large cargo. An additional charge might be accrued for a liftgate delivery.

     3. The postal code of the delivery location.

 

 

C. Frequently Asked Questions:

     1. How long does it take to prepare the goods?

        The lead time for commonly used specifications are about one month, otherwise , it will take one and a half to two months. It is recommended to send a letter or photocall to confirm before placing an order.

     2. What should I do if the packaging is damaged when I receive the goods?

        Please take a photo immediately and describe the damage condition in details, and notify the customer service staff by email within three days after receiving the goods. In the other hand,  please indicate the damage condition on the receipt document to facilitate subsequent clarification of responsibilities.

     3. After unpacking, what should I do if the contents are damaged or parts are missing?

        Please take pictures immediately and notify the customer service staff of the damage and missing parts by email within three days of receiving the goods, and we will contact you for the return and exchange procedure as soon as possible.

     4. Is the estimated delivery time accurate?

        The estimated delivery time is for reference only, and the accurate delivery date depends on the actual situation.

     5. If some of the ordered goods are in stock and some are out of stock, how will the shipment be arranged?

        The customer service staff will take the initiative to contact you discussing the shipment plan, and arrange it accordingly after both parties reach a consensus.
